by commissioning me in any way, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of service below here.

clear references are of utmost importance when commissioning me.i'd need a visual on whatever you'd like for me to draw, especially if it's an original character.

customer satisfaction

i, the artist, will do everything i can to make the customer satisfied.i allow changes during the processing stage however i will not change anything if the artwork is already finished.

copyright

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ

i, the artist, keep full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.so, i am allowed to use the artwork for my own personal use such as self-promotion.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ

you may repost my art under the obligation that you will NOT remove the watermark/signature i put onto the artworkgiving proper credit to me, the artist, when you repost is also required.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ

you, the consumer, are also prohibited to reproduce the said artwork commercially.you may ask further inquiries about this term prior to commissioning me.

cancellation/refunds

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ

cancellation/refunding of the commission will not be allowed after the payment is received.if the payment has not been sent then you, the client, has the right to cancel said commission.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ

filing a chargeback against me will result with you losing the rights to the artwork along with previous commissioned pieces that i have done for you. i have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork and also report you publicly to warn other artists.
